Background

Flora is a registered educational psychologist and behavioral consultant in Hong Kong. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at the University of Exeter, UK with BA Honors, with Distinction in research and first class in her Dissertation. She completed her clinical training at the University of Hong Kong and graduated with a Master of Social Sciences in Educational Psychology with honors. She is one of the test developers of the Hong Kong English Reading Ability Test for Primary One-Pupils (HKE). She has been part of research projects and delivered training to individuals and groups in enhancing children’s social thinking skills.

She has extensive experience in providing collaborative consultation to teachers and parents on school accommodation and home support. Currently, Flora focuses on providing assessments to children and adolescents with learning difficulties, social-emotional difficulties, and behavioural problems under the supervision of Dr. Arnold. Flora assess for things such as learning disabilities, giftedness, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and various socio-emotional challenges.
