Leeanne Paz
Remedial Interventionist
Leeanne (she/her) has been in the educational field for more than fifteen years, with twelve years of experience in remedial instruction, and over six years specializing in learning disabilities remediation. She has worked as a tutor and remedial instructor in various educational centers such as the Learning Disabilities Association of Vancouver (now Learning Disabilities Society), and Sylvan Learning. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines, and was pursuing a Masters in Education before moving to Vancouver. She is trained in both Orton-Gillingham (OG) and Self-Regulated Strategy Development (SRSD) and is able to combine and tailor multiple educational strategies to support each student’s unique learning needs. An avid reader of children’s literature, she enjoys helping students experience academic success.
