Masters Graduate

As a counsellor, I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Donbass State University in Ukraine. I am dedicated to supporting adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, immigration-related stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, attentive, and grounded in genuine care for each client’s unique story.

I believe that therapy is most effective when it is personalized to fit your individual needs. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, I tailor each session to help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater emotional balance and self-understanding.

In addition to counselling, I provide psychological evaluations for immigration and hardship letters, offering compassionate and professional support to individuals and families facing complex transitions. I also speak Ukrainian and Russian.

My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. Whether you are seeking relief from distress or working toward personal growth, I will meet you where you are with empathy, respect, and a focus on lasting well-being. My clinical work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gestalt Therapy.
